When we have made contact, you will be invited in for a free half-hour consultation. In this time you will see where the therapy takes place and discuss your reasons for accessing therapy. It is important to note, this is not a therapy session, but a chance to see if you feel comfortable to go forwards. 

 

At this point, we can arrange a suitable time to meet, on a weekly basis. It is important to choose a time that you are able to commit to each week to enable you to gain the maximum benefit of the therapy, regular, weekly sessions are encouraged.

 

My hours of work are between 10am - 8pm, Monday to Thursday.

 

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

Sessions are 50 minutes and cost £55, regardless of the time of day.

 

COUPLES THERAPY 

Sessions are 50 minutes and cost £75, regardless of the time of day
